Narrative
Jennifer has successfully represented individuals, governments, business entities, and non–profit associations in connection with environmental matters in state, federal, and administrative proceedings. She litigates land use matters, including challenges of permits issued under the Clean Water Act and state buffer laws as well as claims for property damage arising from environmental contamination.
