Mr. Pollidore is an attorney in the area of Domestic Relations and Family Law. Mr Pollidore is also a State of Georgia Certified Registered Mediator and Arbitrator in the areas of Domestic Relations and General Mediation/Arbitration. Mr. Pollidore provides representation in all domestic relations issues including divorce, child custody, mediation, spousal support, and post-divorce issues.
Mr. Pollidore also focuses part of his practice on Immigration Law. Mr. Pollidore represents private individuals, families, businesses and organizations in visa, green card, and citizenship petitions to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.
Mr. Pollidore is also a registered Patent Attorney licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Mr. Pollidore has experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent application before the USPTO and before patent offices in other countries. He also has experience in preparation and prosecution of trademark applications. Mr. Pollidore also has a wealth of knowledge which includes strategic business management and technical management which can incorporate your intellectual property needs.
Prior to Pollidore & Johnson, Mr. Pollidore worked in the automotive industry in various capacities. Mr. Pollidore was an Engineering Program Manager for a flexible tube solutions Tier 2 automotive supplier in Cumming, Georgia. Prior to moving to Georgia Mr. Pollidore was a Cost Estimator and an Engineering Program Engineer for a Tier 1 automotive supplier.
