Atlanta, Georgia – November 28, 2007 – Buckhead resident Jon Erickson, a partner at Schulten Ward & Turner who specializes in commercial lending and secured transactions, represented the Kennesaw State University Foundation in a $45 million student housing project on the Kennesaw State campus.
The new student complex, University Village Suites, opened in August.
Erickson previously worked with the foundation in funding a nearby parking deck that added 2,600 parking spaces for commuter students, faculty and staff.
The four-story, two-wing apartment dorm has space for 913 beds, allowing the state's third-largest university to house more than 3,000 students on campus, an increase of more than 40 percent from 2007.
Schulten Ward & Turner has worked for six years with the nonprofit Kennesaw State University Foundation.
