Jill has been on the business litigation team at Schulten Ward & Turner since 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Jill practiced business litigation in Atlanta for several years and then in Jackson, Mississippi, where she still maintains an active license. Her practice involves the prosecution and defense of a wide variety of business and real estate litigation issues, including confirmation of foreclosures, slander of title, construction liens, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, intellectual property disputes, trade secrets violations and general contract disputes.
